Barney the Beagle is so happy living with his kid. Then a kitten moves in, and Barney feels unloved. Is it possible for a kid to stop loving one pet because another moves in? You'll have to read to find out. Not only is this an easy read for beginning readers, it teaches them a lesson about love.
