Having studied Jung, it becomes clear how the twisty-turny images in this book can be therapeutic; certainly the initial images are mostly mandalas. When I ran out of ideas as to what colours to use, I cut the images up for my cards, like this one: https://www.instagram.com/bluewavewor... the setting sun for a #sympathy card ... other images might appear on the background of cards as the inspiration drives me.

Art therapist Lacy Mucklow and artist Angela Porter have given you a truly remarkable adult colorbook which will help you to calm down after a long day of work or a fun filled weekend. I see others have posted pictures from the book so I won't do it again for you. There is 100 templates for you to color and it even gives you an example of some to get you off to a creative picture. This is one of the better colorbooks I have purchased. Buy one today you won't be sorry. I highly recommend this one for your library of colorbooks.

I was given this book from Quarto Publishing Group for a honesty review.
