I found this novel to be a great read. Petty is a truly talented wordsmith, defining characters and unfolding plot lines with mastery. In this novel she shows an amazing understanding of psychosis and the events that can lead a character deeper into mental frailty.
I was sucked in from the start, caring about the character, Andrea, and wanting to know where the events in her life would lead. I will want to read more from this author.
Although it is available as a download for Kindle, I read the paperback available from Amazon.
