Recreate the luxurious beauty treatments of a professional spa in your own home. You don't have to visit a health spa to discover the delights of spa treatments. Simply turn the heating up, dim the lights, light a few scented candles and follow the directions in this book to enjoy the luxury of a spa session in your own home.

One thing I didn't like about this book was the funky pages. Now, I like creative and unique stuff, but in this particular case, it just made the pages hard to read and hard to turn.
Other than that, though, I think this was my favorite of the three spa books I checked out together. It details how to have the comforts of a spa in your home. It has plenty of simple recipes, but also talks about techniques and how to emulate that spa atmosphere at home. It covers all of the spa areas, including depilatories! (Although, I have to say that homemade hair removal goo kind of scares me.) I will definitely be referencing this book again. Oh, did I mention its glossy, pictorial goodness? :)
