Invaluable advice about dealing with worry

This is a short focused book that provides lots of invaluable advice about how to relax and stop worrying. The book points out very clearly that the physical impact of worrying is not good. We should work very hard to implement steps that prevent us from being anxious, particularly over little things that don’t mean a lot. I found this book extraordinarily valuable.

It really was 15 minutes and we'll worth it.

It really was 15 minutes of reading but we'll worth it. Take your time and you will get more out of it. I read it and then read the full book.

A bit too brief

This is just a very basic summary but misses many of the good quotes and ideas presented in the book. If you are looking for the basic outline this is it.
