Quick, efficient read on public speaking, stagefright, and shyness. I don't particularly suffer from those issues, but we can all improve in order to tell a better story and have more impact.
The writing was constantly interrupted with case studies, which were useful, but the flow was jarring for me. After a few chapters I started to more-or-less skim large sections and focus on the headings, summaries, and lists for value.

Discovered this book in Barnes & Noble's bargains area; not sure you can still find it. Super effective, straight-forward, method for banishing stagefright; this book pretty much got me through all of my highly technical presentations in Grad School.
