This was alright but I didn’t like it as much as the other two. I didn’t like how much Isobell hated Archibald and how much he loved her. I mean, she hated him so much that she became the leader of the reivers who kept stealing Archie’s cows and he worried that his people wouldn’t make it through the winter, and she didn’t care. She was kind of a selfish bitch most of the time. She never was punished for what she did, the cows remained gone, and the really, really bad guy was never caught. Not a good ending.

They did go forward in time, first her then he followed to bring her home. She thought nothing of it when she took a ride in a car and Archie said nothing about anything. It wasn’t a very good time travel and I never liked Isobell. I did like Archie, though.

The sex was vanilla but that was ok since I didn't like Isobell, anyway.

I would read this author again but I’m glad this story is over. When I don’t like one of the MC’s I barely like the story.

I have to say that I love how Ms. Hamilton continues weaving her intriguing story lines in book 3 of the Highland Gardens time travel highland romance series. This book is a fast paced novella including some additional intrigue with the disappearance of Archibald’s betrothed Isobell.

One star-crossed lover, Isobell, is being very stubborn and unwilling to believe that something she learned about Archibald was possibly a lie. I love the hate love emotion these characters have throughout the book but I really wanted to shake Isobell for the stubborn close minded female she was portrayed as.

In counter balance to that Archibald continues to love Isobell though he is very confused by what is going on. In spite of everything he tries to love her and protect her. This is a man that one would want to keep close to their heart.

This story is about lies, love, forgiveness and creating a love to last a lifetime. Oh and don’t forget the time travel. Loved how the time travel was incorporated into the story and who got to do the time traveling this time. What a surprise! This is a great story for Christmas.

I am looking forward to her next book to this series “Just Wait for Me” Book 3, Highland Garden Series. I am very excited on this one. I am pretty sure I know who the two people involved but you will need to read this story and tell me who you think the next couple is.

I just read Just in Time for a Highland Christmas by Dawn Marie Hamilton. I have to say I so enjoy getting her books. I really do, I look forward to seeing what adventure she might take me on. Where will she take me or should I say when?

Archibald so much a man yet forgiving and protective. Isobell is angry, lost and scared. the road to each others heart is a long one but worth it.

This was a wonderful match, a fun story and a great plot. I loved being taken to the future, seeing the relief on all when the truth was out. If you get a chance read this series. Dawn Marie Hamilton does a good job at showing you about fae and brownies. You will fight, laugh, run and walk in awe of these story's.

This next story in the 'Highland Garden' series was a short treat. Since I really liked the first two books, I was pleased to be asked by the author to write a review. The story confused me at first, but as I went along I remembered who the characters were. Once I got that all settled in my mind, the betrayal/love story really pulled me in. One of my favorite characters from the other two books, the bumbling brownie, was here and played his role quite well. The book was quite enjoyable, but I wish it had been a novel!

This was the first book of Dawn Mari Hamilton's that I have read. I loved it! I have been exploring new and different genres and just adore the Highland stories I have read.

This story takes you on a fun ride of love, hate, family wars, more love, hate and marriage. With this ride you get to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the highlands and explore beautiful castles and what lies within them. The faerie realm is also involved in this great journey.

I look forward to reading this author again. thank you for sharing your tale.

Ms. Hamilton always weaves a tale worthy of a read. Released at the holiday this book transcends any season. The characters will transport you in time as their story unfolds... a story of deceit and love as Isobell and Archibald learn to forgive each other.
