Alleen handig als je voor een volledige Triathlon wilt trainen. Voor korte afstanden niet echt toepasbaar.

I am doing sports for years but apperantly had a lot of gaps in my fundamental. This book told me how to rest, train and most important one according to my previous training failures how to eat.

There is a huge training schedule for those who intent to get ready for an ironman race. It is written week by week and day by day. You can take only some part of it if you want to just finish and get a medal.

Beginners will also find lots of tips for training and race days.

Onliest problem I had was lack of guidance when it comes down to understand heart rate and other capabilities term of atheletes body. I should learn how to calculate and execute them in trainings by reading another source.

Great book with lots of training: not sure how some of the acronyms are listed but I'm sure I'll figure it out (As there are notes in the front of the book).

1st few chapters are general information, rest is the plan to train for Ironman.
