This is another book I need to read again. Maybe once every year or two. I love the simplicity and find that her suggestions were consistent with my past happy moments. I just need to be more consistent with my happy bitch thinking.

Worth reading no matter what circumstances you find yourself in. Will definitely dig it out again at some point.
