The Guide features a Director's screen that allows you to confuse, befuddle, and otherwise confound your agents by hiding valuable information behind it.
The Director's Guide to Men in Black The Roleplaying Game is not quite as entertaining. If you've been GM for almost 25 years, it is almost useless. However there are just enough nice rule options, clafiications, fixes and extras stuff (new alien tech, same encounters etc.) to not make it a was of money. I remember when I first bought the book in 1998 it was of great use to me. I don't think I'd need 90% of this stuff now.
But most GM/DM guides have that problem. West End's DC Heroes (which was loaded with Extras up to the brim) is pretty much the only one that isn't.
