I really like Edgar's approach to confronting conflict written for those in leadership roles, though you could apply this if you weren't in a leadership role. I think for the most part, the tools and techniques Edgar offers for confronting conflict and using it to your advantage seem a little obvious to me. Maybe it's the pointing it outright for readers that make it such a successful book. I have to admit, I was hoping for something a little outside the box...

This book is horrifically bad. So useless.

Inspires to confront conflict rather than evade. However the book, while giving theory on conflicts, fails to give an energetic action plan for the readers

Great book. full of insights and looks at a conflict from a positive perspective. it provides actionable steps to be a thought leader during a conflict.
