Its a fascinating collection of essays/papers/excerpts from different fields where game theory is used & also of “game theory” itself. The biggest asset is the ling introduction by Shubik. There is hardly any better concise essay on different aspects & solution mechanisms of game theory!

Excellent book that goes into good depth, but is often too technical for the average social scientist.
