the most readable book on phylogenetic methods. and let's face it, we've all been looking for this. Other books are incomprehensible unless you have some background in zoology. if you come from another field there are numerous definitions that are never clearly defined in other books. In this case the authors work through examples to demonstrate each point, and with enough steps to follow all the way to the end.
