We're reading this aloud in the workroom, and almost every decision you make in this book either results in child abuse, parents going to jail, or an absolute bloodbath involving the protagonist.
The operative lesson? Never go outside, never look at spherical objects like baseballs or the end of a stair banister, because YOU WILL DIE.
It's about drug addicts. It's kinda weird. All of these "Choose your path" books have weird problems (divorce, drug addiction, death, etc.). Nonetheless good.
