This book is about Clint's outdoor adventures. He talks about this good times and bad time he has had. Through his outdoor adventures he got closer to God. When he is in his worst the outdoors helped him trust in God. The outdoors also brought him closer to his children as they got to enjoy some adventures together.
I liked everything about this book. His outdoor adventures were so interesting and cool how he got closer to God during them. I don't like to read but I wanted to read this book when I started. Their was nothing I didn't like about this book. I would highly recommend this book.

Looking Back is an incredible book. I can count on one hand the books that I have loved so much that I couldn’t put down, and this is definitely one of them. I don't hunt and I don't like reading, but the way Mr. Clint wrote the book makes you feel as if you are right there beside him experiencing each hunt. I love how each chapter is a new story, making it easy to pick up and put down without getting bogged down in a long story line. Some chapters were hilarious (Missed Me, Shopping Season, etc.) while others were exciting and emotional (Second Chance, Miracle on the Mountain, etc.). Seeing his faithfulness to God in the midst of hard circumstances encouraged me and made me aspire to be like him in his faith. Any time he was in tough spot, you see him cry out to God for help. I can't wait to read it again and will definitely keep this book on my bookshelf to go back and look through.
