I was excited for this book because I'm always looking for more ways to decorate on a budget. However I found these particular ideas to seem too clutter and not too appealing looking. I'm a huge believer in making free or cheap things beautiful this book didn't seem to show that. I think the main problem was that it was mostly low work ideas and so they just looked a little cheap.
The cover is quite cute, unfortunately all I found inside was cheap looking decor. And too many glasses glued to other glasses, over and over again. And just so much stuff it looked cluttered not classy.
When I saw the title of the book, I was afraid that most of the suggestions would look junky. Not so. This decorator is one of those clever people who can take an inexpensive item and turn it into a treasure -- or at least a very attractive accessory. Lots of photos and helpful text.
