description

Amaya is trying to make it in the predominantly male driven sports marketing industry. She digs deep into her work and has no time for relationships, which she’s fine with since she’s sworn off all men after he last abusive relationship. But one fateful night at an art gallery she meets Nicholas, but this isn’t the first time she’s seen him either. After much debate they decide to partner up for work and well one thing leads to another and they end up being more than work partners. But with all her trust issues will she be able to survive her relationship with Nicholas?

This book was smoking hot!!! Amaya and Nicholas are explosive together!! This is the first book I’ve read by this author and I’m hooked!!!

Thank the Lord I read this book on Kindle Unlimited.

I liked the premise of the book, however for me, this was more erotica than storyline. The couple had back to back sex but hardly spent any time communicating with each other about their issues. Amaya had lots of baggage that she did not share with Nicholas which was blocking their relationship from moving forward.

The most exciting part of the book for me is when Nicholas had his accident. Its ends on a cliffhanger. I don't think I will be reading the other 2 books when they come out. I had to force myself to finish it. I need a good story to along with all that erotica!!!!

not enough substance

The book started off quite nicely. It was good to see strong women, accomplished women then it just went sideways with sex and more sex. I’m ok with the saucy stuff but not when it’s too much in a book. How realistic is it that their friends all hook up come on we all wish that but rarely does it happen. Also Maya is strong but cries all the time and let’s that other chick get to her. Either you’re tough or weak. I just hope the next one has more substance.

Emotional Friggin Rollercoaster

This book made me go through every single emotion possible. The pain and love that this book puts out into the universe. Wow it's amazing. There were times that I wanted to kill Maya, because she just kept pushing my buttons with her consistent insecurities. I know they are real but man... With a man like Nicholas anything is possible.

Can't wait to read Book 2!!!!

Don't Know.What To Think

Okay first let me say that this was not a bad story and it was not a great story, what it was ,was just crazy.I mean the two main characters AMaya and Nick are not two people you can really just love.I mean throughout the book Maya is so stupid you just want to shake her senseless. This is a woman who has the man of her dreams falling at her feet, not to mention rocking her world and all she is giving him is grief.Obviously she has experienced a tragic moment at some point in her life and its effecting her relationship. My problem is that she comes off like a damsel in distress one minute and then a Lolita the next really!I also did not like how what happened to her was glossed over like okay that is normal. Now Nick is every woman's dream and nightmare at the same time.I mean he runs hot and cold to much for me and what place does this bad boy image have to do with him or their relationship. This was story with a lot of promise but there are entirely to many events and situations happening on this story and at times you get the impression of someone showing pictures in a slide show.I just feel like something was missing, not to mention I would have liked to see more of.a story than just sex all the time it was done so so well and was sexy as heck, but a little over kill.I hope the next installment will be much better a little more grounded and a whole lot more story.

Truly Undeniable

Nick and Amaya's love was truly undeniable. Nick admired her for 6 years and finally took advantage of not letting her go after reuniting. Mya has to truly let go of her past in order to have a successful present and future. The sex scenes were off the chain and were very hot. However, I needed them to communicate more. I loved the connection between the sets of friends and the couple's vacation was on point. Amaya is totally confident when it comes to her career, but she needs to have that same confidence personally. I wanted to know more about her past experience because it made her not able to have children. I want to say Nick knows more about that sex club and want to know his secret. There is so much more interesting to learn about them. I can't wait to see how it goes.

This was a fantastic read. ML Preston did an awesome job for her first book. I cannot wait to finish this series, and anything else she releases. I loved how she took her time in the beginning of the book to introduce each character and set the plot up. Once the book started flowing, it did not slow down until the last word! This book has a great story line and a lot of super HOT and STEAMY sex scenes. I just love it all.....the relationship the girls share, the brotherhood of the guys and how they all mesh. I really cannot wait to read book 2. I cannot get any more detailed because I am not into spoiling it for others. Just read it for yourself! Great Job, ML Preston!

Beautiful love

Nothing like that undying love. Amaya had a past that shook her faith with men in the future. When she finally saw Nicholas again after graduation she slowly let her walls down. This man proved over time that he was there for her through it all. Boy does she need this strong man. I loved how attentive he was to her. She also had a wonderful friend support group. That Fing Tabitha ticked me off at every turn. Michael made me want to come for him. All and all its a beautiful love story!

Hero was the saving grace

I have to say it...that damn Amaya worked me. She worked my nerves, my emotions, and my tongue from cussing her the hell out. But that's what a book is supposed to do right. She got on my nerves with the constant second guessing and I get it but damn Gina... Even though he screwed up, I loved some Nick. He fought thru all her BS emotions and insecurities and stood by her side. Can't help but love a man like that.

Great Story

This is a must read if you love a book about great characters. In this book about Amaya and Nicholas and their friends you'll have a very interesting read from start to finish. There's enough drama and intrigue to keep you interested and reading. I'm very much looking forward to the follow up book.

Not to impressed with writing style. I like details in stories, but to much takes away from the actual book.
