I have the actual book and the kindle version. This was not a book I wanted to have, but it comes with my diabetes classes, and I have found it to be wonderful guide to know to keep track of the calories, fat, and carbs in food. Makes doing my food charts so easy to do. I recommend to anyone, though this version has a diabetes section, it is great for anyone wanting to keep track of their food! This is a daily access book, I use everyday!

Once you get the hang of the book, it's easy to find most foods. I received this book through a Prevent Diabetes program, and we use it primarily to look up fat grams of the foods we record in our food trackers. The guide does also have calories and carbohydrate information noted (same tables as the fat). There is a separate sodium guide at the back of the book. Love having the index at the back to look up which page to go to.

This book appears to be updated every year or two.

Calorieking books are popular and I'm glad that they have been produced. I think it's a good product and brand. It's not the best though. I found that some of the information that I was looking for is missing from this volume, specifically net carb info. I have found other books and phone apps that fit my needs better.

This is a very handy reference book. Plus they offer free updates. Its easy to use. I have the kindle version so I can take it with me and it does not take up extra space in my purse.

Great book to use if you are counting calories to lose weight! Quick easy look up for everything including restaurants and fast food.
