I truly enjoyed this story. I mean absolutely no disrespect to the writer or other's that write these type of stories when I say I love no brainer books.

A no brainer book to me is a feel good story that one can pick up, put down, not have to think too much, yet get lost in a story that just feels good to read.

I also want to say I think the author did an amazing of job of writing a faith based story without shoving religion down anybody's throat. With that being said, I differentiate between faith and religion.

Here's the moral of the story: One can never judge a man by his job or his dress. Look out for greedy bankers and preacher imposters. This is a good read about a down-on-her-luck lady and her son and the good man who steps in to help her and ends up being much more to her.

Gah. I think this was the worst Heartsong novel I've ever read. But then that could have been just because I don't like very many western themed books.
