This is a nice supplemental read when learning about Mercury. There are nice pictures and it covers the information highlights. This book is most appropriate for young children ages 3-6.

This is a non fiction book intended for primary readers. This is an account of general facts about Mercury simplified for the early astronomer. I bought the whole series of all the planets. My daughter all of the sudden was interested in planets and stars so I bought this series to get her started. It is simple information broke down to the easiest level of understanding. There are only a few sentences on each page but it gets down to what is really important to the young mind. I think this is a set that every kindergarten classroom should have.
