Mitch Green fires venom from his fingertips as he redefines the nature of love, pain, physicality and interaction in this collection of poetry and prose.
(Mitch Green) is an aspiring author within the southern region of Omega, GA. 25 years of age and is currently pursuing his BA degree in Creative writing – his starving passion for the acceptance into the literary world – to bring his dark, morbid and a bit sinister stories to sprout and harvest into the minds of readers. He has numerous books in print by a small publishing company – poetry and a short story. His heart biting dreams of becoming a known author in the atmospheres of both novel and film, churns and groans in his soul. He views this world through distinct observations other than what is of bland sculpture – finding solitude in the more melancholic corners of this world, corners not seen to the norm.
This poetry book took me by surprise because I didn't know what to expect. Mitch Green has a gift for writing poetry. I do not think this book is available any longer, but if it is I would recommend it. It's a first edition and I couldn't seem to find any other editions available on-line. My friend sent it to me as a Christmas gift and I devoured it in a few days. Some of the romantic poems are some of the best I've read in a long time. Poignant and direct yet subtle. He writes beautifully and with an ease; understanding the essence of poetry and how to express words and images with grace.
