Traci's story brought to light why she is the way she is, but ultimately made me want Alesha to stomp a mud hole in her. It's not needed though because Traci hasn't learned and will get more karma while so called "healing." Alesha was nothing but good to her but it seemed Traci had to show dedication to Malcolm. I did hate that Traci had nobody but Alesha to really love and depend on. I still think she's selfish and wish she and Malcolm would take more accountability. The Dr surprised me but didn't at the same time because sometimes it takes one to know one. At least she was able to help Alesha move forward despite her shortcomings. Traci may need a bit more of a push to get the help she needs. That Malcolm...he may be too far gone. He's only in love with himself.

Malcom pissed me off the entire time and Traci had every opportunity to cut him off. And the ending, Lord have mercy. Dr. Wayne was the perfect therapist. They are one big crazy family. Great read. Highly recommend.

Amazing follow up to A Good Wife.

I think I really wanted to know Traci's version of the events because honestly, I didn't want to just hate her right then. This book really cleared that up for me. Don't get it twisted... she was still wrong as hell for her role in all of it but I understood the power that this man had over her. It was a power that he used without remorse.

And he was thrilled with the outcome... absolutely overjoyed with the fact that these two women were at his beck and call... DISRESPECTFULLY. *sigh*

HE is so intriguing...

Traci!!

In this continuation the reader gets the back story of Traci. I love how the author shows how complicated her life has been and why some of her decisions were failures. Will she learn from her mistakes?
