this is one of the two next books from the chapel hill community center. it really needed an editor. i'm guessing malc. should have just kept telling his stories. i passed the book on to Willy whom i wish would write his memoir of mississippi. i'll wait.

What a story!

I love this story partly because it it set in the area where I grew up, though some names were changed. I think I know the aunt's house. Charlie changed a lot during his year in exile, for the better. This is a wonderful story with interesting characters. I think you will enjoy it.
