Four friends, Marcus, Landon, Jack and Michael are travelling to their favourite camping getaway. Marcus takes his eyes off of the road for only a second but a second is long enough. Trying to avoid a head-on collision, Marcus flips the car. Sent rolling down an embankment, Marcus is knocked unconscious. Marcus Radcliffe and his best friend Landon awake in a coma state. They meet Xantor, a mysterious entity. The duo have their souls put to the test as the friends face ten games designed to push them to their limits. The games represent their worst fears. They must overcome those fears to return to their bodies and their loved ones. Xantor however, wishes to deliver them elsewhere.
