Lindy has been working hard cleaning and doing odd jobs around the neighborhood to earn money for a trip to the Arctic. When Mrs. Naulty, an elderly client, mistakenly pays her a huge amount of money, Lindy keeps it to pay the early-bird rate for her trip. It’s only when a schoolmate learns what she did and starts blackmailing her that Lindy starts to suffer for her actions.

These book is about a girl name Lindy. she started doing jobs for her neighbors to save money for her dream trip to the Artic. She loves polar bears and her dream is to meet one. She is in a club that is about everything from the Artic. While she do jobs for her neighbors, there is one old lady that give her the wrong payment to her. After getting that she use the money and them a friend know about it and then is when she started having problems.

These books have a good message and that's nice :) Enjoyable story and you can read them really super fast!

This is my second Orca book, and I really enjoy them. I think the stories are good and relatable for teens. I also like the fact that the ones I have read don't have bad language or naughty bits in them. These are great books for reluctant readers, or readers that have a lower reading level. This story was a solid moral tale about stealing and caring for the elderly. I can't wait to see what the kids in my library think.

Considering it's an Orca hi-lo fiction so the author has only 122 pages to tell the story, it's pretty OK. I developed a liking for the main character, and empathize with her situation. The dilemma in the story probably happens more than we think, although not usually with such drama, I'm sure. But it is a story.
