This is a great book as it is easy to read, reminds you of many things that we already do and the importance of them. It also gave great information on growth mindset and mindfulness. The best part is, it is filled with resources and lessons to do for those and many other topics. Can't wait to meet the author and gain more takeaways.
As previously reviewed, exceptionally approachable and immediate material- nothing but frank discussions and suggestions for real-life applications. Significant resources provided at the end of the book as well to take you further. I read this in a book study group of elementary school staff and it was a fantastic growth experience.
