Quick Cusine is a very beautiful cookbook from the pictures to the layout of the recipes. All that being said it was disappointing there wasn't one recipe that I wanted to try. Quick does not mean dull. Wait, there were some interesting dips and sauces but that's not enough for this home culinary explorer to try. By the way how many people have juniper berries handy?
