I Need You Here is the 3rd book in the I need you series. It is stand alone, with interaction from the other characters from the other 2 books.
This book is full of mystery and will have you turning the pages really quickly to see how it ends.
Dawn and Rafe fall in love, neither believe in love at first sight but both know they have a connection to each other's souls. They are so perfect together but due to circumstance that surround Dawn they can't be together.
This book has everything a touch of BDSM, true love and a mystery to solve. It is full of surprises and will make you want to solve the mystery and hope no one gets hurt.
You will full in love, feel hate and be total gob smacked, as you read through. I loved this book and have started read the others in this series.
I gave this book 5 stars.

WOW WOW WOW - I just love this NEED series by Cynthia P. O'Neill!!!
I love the way that she continues the Prescott family stories. The way that she describes what is going on with Dawn - how she gets away from Liam -- and the way that Rafe handles things. OK - I don't write spoilers, so, that is all I will say other than: YOU HAVE GOT TO READ THIS!!! oh yeah, and the rest of the Need series as well!!!
I know that there is going to be a 4th in the series and I can hardly wait for it to be available to read!!! Cynthia's ability to write and draw the reader into the story is amazing -- you actually feel like you are there and are part of the story.

I’m also a sucker for a sexy love story where the characters heal each other by baring their souls (and their clothes). As much as Rafe wants to make Dawn his and tie her down – literally and metaphorically – he puts her needs above everything else and truly cares about making her happy.
Dawn is smart, sassy and strong. She’s also fiercely independent and cautious.
“None of my sexual partners had ever cared about what I wanted or needed. They’d only presumed I’d enjoy what they liked, and were interested in satisfying their own urges. It was nice to have someone focused on me for once”

I adore this author and her writing style. She has a way of captivating you when she pens a book. From her super strong alpha males to her kick ass heroines, her characters tend to lead real-life situations that you can relate too. When I discovered the first book in the Need Series, I loved it so much. Each book in this series is a standalone though I would recommend reading these books in order. They crossover in each book and we get repeat guest appearances in each novel.
I loved this book! It was sexy, sweet, fun, suspenseful, and had a few twists and turns along the way to make you stay on the edge of your seat. Rafe was a mystery to me throughout this series but I knew this author would make him shine. He is probably my favorite character to date in this series. Something about a strong man who takes what he wants makes me swoon...
This is Rafe and Dawn's story. Rafe and Dawn are in love with each other but it is never that easy. After an erotic night that their hearts were stolen by each other, Dawn ran and didn't look back. Months later, she is returning and has gone into hiding. You see... Dawn is in trouble and someone is out to get her. Rafe will do what he has to do to protect the woman who owns his heart and soul even if it means laying his life on the line to protect Dawn. When the past comes knocking at their door, will Rafe be able to keep her safe and get his happy ending?? You will have to read to find out!

I really enjoyed this book a lot. I finished it in lightening speed because I didn't want to put it down! I don't usually love two person pov but I didn't mind it this time. In fact I actually enjoyed how she entwined them and made them flow together seamlessly.
I love how our heroine was in pain and scared for only so long before she picked herself up and took her life back. Very empowering. Woman can be super vulnerable and kick ass in the same book. What a concept, lol. In fact that's what I liked about all of the characters in this book - they had layers. They were strong but vulnerable, human but amazing. It made them feel like real people. The kind that actually exist.
This story will keep you on your toes and always guessing. When you finally do get little bits of explanation they feel like gifts. Cynthia wove a complex story and did her homework so you know that what your reading is not only plausible but possible. Overall great story and I am proud to say I know the author!

What a great addition to the series! We met Rafe and Dawn in the previous book, but we, or at least I was left wanting more. Rafe is the perfect blend of alpha and sweet. I loved how he would not give up on Dawn as he knew she was the other half of his soul. He truly would do anything in order to keep her safe and win her heart.
Dawn, oh how my heart broke for her. She found herself in an impossible situation with only her memories of to Rafe keep her going. She longed for the day when she would see him again, hoping that she would not be too late.
The author did a wonderful job of keeping you wondering what was going to happen next. You wanted Rafe and Dawn to get their HEA, but at times it seemed almost impossible. My heart ached for both of them and I had to keep reading to see how the story was going to end. I can't wait to see what happens in the next book and which characters will get their HEA next!
Dawn, oh how my heart broke for her. She found herself in an impossible situation with only her memories of to Rafe keep her going. She longed for the day when she would see him again, hoping that she would not be too late.

Rafe and Dawn are some of my favorite book characters right now. They are so real and drag you right into the story with them. I haven't read the other books in the series so this can definitely can be read as a stand alone but I think it would it would definitely help to have read the other books first.
Intrigue, panty melting sexy time with BDSM (light) and real, true heart tugging love, what more could you want in a book? I wanted them to get their happily ever after so badly but I was iffy if it was going to happen so many different times because there was that pesky little issue of someone to get her. I don't usually read romantic suspense but this one sucked me in. It is definitely a series that I will find the other books and wait for new books to come out. :)

I LOVED LOVED LOOOVED this story. This whole series is great and each story gets better and better. I love Rafe and his dominate ways but yet he is so caring and loving. Dawn was one of my favorite characters in the first book so when I found out she was going to be the female lead in this one I was so excited. She was such a strong character and even though she had maybe a few weak moments in this story she was still strong and I just loved her even more by the end of the story. I can't wait for the 4th book!

I am really enjoying this series! Dawn & Rafe's story is a little different because they aren't together much of it, time-wise, but they are story-wise. Not sure how to explain that any differently! We get to see a bit of the others & catch up w/ the family story as a whole as well. Very enjoyable read (light on the BDSM portion, due to the circumstances of the story, but Dawn does a lot of learning!). Looking forward to the next book coming in the fall! : )

This is the first book I've read from this author, as well as the first in the Need Series. While it says it's a standalone, and in reality it can be read as a standalone, I feel had I read the previous two books I would've felt a bit more connection with the family and understood a bit more about their club lives, business, and the previous characters that have found their HEA.
Going straight into this book it starts out right after Rafe and Dawn have already started their long-distance relationship and Dawn has already started pulling away. The book does good with going back and giving readers a glimpse at how they met at Dawn and Marissa's graduation, but I still felt a bit lost on Rafe's character and who he really was.
When the book came to an end I was a little miffed because it seemed as if they took care of Liam so fast and things just kind of magically came together for Rafe and Dawn even after everything they went through.

I Need You Here is the 3rd book in the Need Series by Cynthia P O'neill and all I can say is you need to read these books. This is the first book I've read and before I was half way through I ordered book 1& 2. This book will entice you and leave you gasping as the author weaves a tale of love, suspense and mystery. You will not book this book down until the last page is finished it is like a quilty little pleasure. Character development is amazing and although this book is s standalone it includes characters from the other two books and the stories continue to build book by book. The main characters Rafe and Dawn will draw you in so fully you feel like you know them personally. The author has an amazing talent and you feel her love of what she does. Do not miss.

This is the first book I've read in this series and WOW, now I want to read the rest! Sometimes you just can't escape your past or one that's connected to you. For this couple the past is ruling their future, well at least for part of the book. This is a great story giving the reader the what they think may be a love at first sight book but turns into so much more. Full of heat, suspense, mystery and family it's a book that will give the reader everything they want in a great story. You don't need to read the first books to enjoy this, it doesn't take away from anything not knowing those stories just makes you want to go and read them too.

First book I have read by this author/first I have read in this series and all I can say is I will be going back to read the previous books in the series as well as the ones after this book... Love Dawn& Rafe's story and can not wait to read the other characters stories as well! I thought there was just enough Hot Steamy Sex and just enough suspense... and I can honestly say I caught myself learning something too!!! Highly recommend this book series and most definitely will be read more from this author!!!

I loved Dawn and Rafe's story. This can be read as a stand alone but I definitely want to go back and read the others now. The only reason I didn't give it stars is because I wanted to see more of Dawn and Rafe together.....that'l make sense when you read it!!!

As the author, I'm somewhat biased. I added more suspense in this book than I first imagined and have to admit, as the characters developed, it kept me on edge wondering where the story would go next. The characters and their backgrounds are extreme, but so is their love and the whirlwind of activities their lives have been thrown into, all because of one sadistic jerk. I wish I could divulge all the secrets about this book, but I can't. I will say you don't have to read books 1 and 2 in order to understand what's going on. I try to incorporate enough back story so one knows who's who throughout the book. Plus, I give you a glimpse into the next one.
