Seth Hamilton is minding his business at his favorite bar in Virginia when he meets the Reverend Barrett Staple—the most famous and powerful TV minister in the country. Barrett, because of his stardom, cannot see the forest for the trees when it comes to his staff. Church Snitch is a delightful romp into the seedy world of mega-churches. Crafting colorful yet honest characters of this landscape, Hampton draws the reader quickly in. I read this book easily over the course of a weekend. I'd recommend this for a late-summer read on the beach or as part of your daily commute. I hope to see more from this talented author.

Uplifting journey of faith

I just finished reading The Church Snitch. It's an easy to read story of a man's faith journey. I loved how the story and characters are "real" - normal, flawed, sinful, not necessarily religious people, but people who struggle with life, and their choices. I loved how the story takes you on this path, and gives wonderful, positive answers of faith- for everyone!! It was just what I needed to read at this time of my life. No matter how sinful we are, how religious or non-religious we are, our personal journey is a faith journey. I recommend for everyone to read The Church Snitch, religious or not, churches or not. I found it uplifting and inspiring in my own personal faith journey. It's a great read for anyone searching for answers in their lives.

I won a copy of this book in a Goodreads giveaway.
This is a great read! I sat down and finished this book in one sitting. It had a unique plot, was fast moving and contained interesting characters. I really liked Seth and this discussions with his dad. There was an underlying seriousness in some of the issues that added a more meaningful message to this fun book. Well done, Brian! I will be looking for more by you.

I read this book in 24 hours. The premise was intriguing, and the plot added an unexpectedly strong second storyline. I enjoyed that each character started out shallow and predictable, but there were additional layers weaved into every character. It made the ending more interesting and unpredictable. I would defintely read this author again.

I thought the story in this book was really creative. The idea of a famous minister offering a guy in a bar money to take over and preach at a mega church is pretty creative. Plus, you can really imagine the story happening, with the congregation, happening.

Loved this book!

I hated for this book to end! I enjoyed it so much. The character development was very good. They and the situation are so realistic. If you love the church or if you loathe the church, read this book! Hope you enjoy it as much as I did/we have!
