Where Have All the Animals Gone?: My Travels with Karl Ammann
In this new memoir, nature historian Dale Peterson (author of Jane Goodall: The Woman Who Redefined Man) describes his travels through Africa with Swiss wildlife photographer Karl Ammann. Dedicated to stopping the slaughter of endangered bushmeat, Ammann is in turns brilliant, provocative, and irritating — almost as wild as the animals he seeks to save.

I received this book free from Good Reads, and am very happy that I did.
Excellent book, albeit also very sad since "man" is causing extinction of far too many animals. Also educational, a must read for those who do not know about the bushmeat trade.
I honestly feel this book should be required reading in an ecology class, whether seniors in high school or college.
