Rate this book
"“One day I’m going to be so tall, I’ll be able to eat the moon!” Sometimes it takes a big change for us to realize what’s most important in life. George the giraffe is the shortest giraffe in his herd, but all he wants is to be so tall that he can eat the moon. When his wish comes true, he discovers that being small might not be so bad after all, especially when he begins to miss his family. As your children join George on his journey, they will come to realize the importance of home and loved ones, all while they learn a new language."

Good for beginners

I'm currently learning french and this book was simple enough for me to understand and thanks to both the English and french text, if I get caught up on a word or phrase i can easily look at the English portion to figure it out

So cute

Excellent for learning French. Between the illustrations and having both French and English on the page. It is quite easy to understand. It uses limited vocabulary, which can be remembered, and is really quite adorable.

Deserves Nobel literature award

Enormous depth and profound insight into giraffes' psychology and and their mind. Every baby should read this and ponder upon it every night.
