It's getting a lot better. The characterisation is developing nicely, and Touma is starting to rub off on me. I have to admit that I laughed out loud a few times because of his silly antics. Also, Mitsuki was really cute :D

This one was a bit better....they go up and down for me.....Index played more of a role....and now people are starting to view Touma as a threat but not the city he lives in, other people....but other people aren't supposed to know the true purpose of the city.....there are still some holes in this plot.....

This volume had two mini-arcs; one involving Mikoto and one with Index. I enjoyed it, but not as much as volumes 3 and 4.
