Confession time: I keep this book in my bathroom at all times. I always read some pseudo randomly chosen entries while sitting on the porcelain.

For anyone who can enjoy spending hours studying mathematical theorems...I don't know how this is 'concise'; this book weighs at least 15 pounds!

Is actually a condensation of the Mathworld.com website, which constitutes an astounding fount of mathematical knowledge, extensively cross-referenced.

Great reference, however, I think wikipedia and wolframalpha have got ya covered.
