Don't know why but I enjoyed this one way more then the first. Seemed like they didn't really go out looking for mess or more like stirring up mess. Once Jay seemed to simmer down and Choc stopped with all the popping off the story took a turn that made you want them to overcome the bull. They still had that childish revenge stuff going on but they didn't seem to set out looking for it. Well almost.
The stuff with Nay was a bit much, she didn't seem like she would let Jay go but to go through that much instead of letting her take a minute to get a little sense after her brother. I was really surprised at Martell though, I thought he'd lose it on Jay for what he did to Martell. Especially with how he felt towards Nay; then again he seemed like the only one with a lil bit of sense even if he went after his brothers seconds. Marlene was also a waste her entire reasoning was silly, she was free and clear I thought for a second she moved on. Then when he was shot I knew something was up.
Egypt I thought she deserved a pass seeing how she was done over then again her actions seemed a bit steep. Why not go after the guy that attacked her, I can see Jay getting shot by her and feeling like he got what he deserved. Her and Marlene could've switched game plans and it would've been a bit more logical for their actions. Overall the two reads was entertaining.

Loved it
This rollercoaster ride well have you on edge. Jay and Dee Dee relationship get tested like no other when his past comes to harm their union. Cola and bakers love is still strong and beautiful. charisma is a rider for deedee a true friend no doubt. Jake is a little off but he's loyal. Dee Dee and jay manage to stick out through the drama & cola an baker finally get married. Great job

Great Book!
I am so happy that Jay matured and became a real man! I loved him and Dee Dee's relationship! So glad to hear Cola and Baker got married that was awesome and along time in the making. So glad Marlene, Nay, and Kamari gone! Kamari was a straight fool with no hands and a bad attitude.

An Unexpected Love 2
Danette aka Dee Dee & Jay are tight and will ride to the end for each other. While Jay has enemies, plus some crazy a$$ exes and one drama-filled almost baby moms, Choco brings the drama right back, along with her best friend Charisma (Jake's love). Thankfully Baker & Co are there to keep the family all together.

I was on my seat this whole book.
Boy this was a good one. I laugh and I was mad, but most of all I enjoyed this look. Jay came a long ways and Dee Dee was definitely a GREAT women, because I don't know many women that would have been able to deal with half the rap she dealt with. Again great job Nicole Black.

Good Read this was a really good book I loved part 1part 2was even better the love the couple's had was great

Nicole you did your thing with book!!! I'm so glad Jay finally was able to get it right,also Baker and Co finally got married. They all had to through a lot but at the end it was all worth it...

Ok loved the whole series
What I loved about it was you took us back to where it all began... not in a long chapter just snippets to remind us of the previous books....

Love that was unexpected
This book was a page turner. It left in complete awe the things people will do because of one-sided feelings I'm glad Jay meet his match with Dee dee....love was definitely unexcepted

Great Ending to This Story
I loved how they overcame their obstacles and really laid their feelings on the line. The story was well written and I can't wait for the next book.
