What is Myalgic Encephalomyeltis? A poorly misunderstood illness for one. One that many sufferers find difficult to describe to someone who doesn't have it. Good book!

Definitely feel appropriate to share with carers and will be like reading a little info packet for them.

Not nearly as fast a read for patient, but has the good size text and spacing needing to make reading a bit less challenging.

There are some incorrect pieces of info that husband helped me correct with references before sharing. did not feel book should be rated down at all for this though.

Well done!

Brilliant summary

I thought this little book was excellent at describing the illness. I know that I could give this to family friends and they could read it and understand my condition, quick and simple. Well done Hayley.

This expains ME really well for people who don't know much about it. So far I haven't needed to show it to anyone but I'm hanging onto it in case I do. The only thing I wasn't keen on was the comparison to other illnesses. I understood what they were getting at, but some of the comments about 'I'd rather have x illness than ME' make me a little uncomfortable about sharing the book.
