A short book with some helpful tips on labor and birth. But I did not entirely agree with the author on several points. Felt like they were implying that if I feel pain, it is because I don't have enough faith. That isn't how faith works. Faith asks God (doesn't demand) for a good birth outcome with no pain but then accepts whatever outcome God ends up giving, trusting that He does everything for our good.
