Readers will learn about the breed's personality, how to pick a suitable dog for your family, and the requirements to keep the dog happy and healthy. Health issues pertaining to the breed are also discussed. Training basics are explained. I found the book to be full of information and interesting facts about this breed. Young readers will be entertained and drawn in by the beautiful, lively photos of all kinds of pointers.
