Three audio CDs to accompany Medical A Programmed Systems Approach, Ninth Edition, present over 3 ½ hours of the most commonly accepted English pronunciations of medical terms. The CDs include specific frame references, and pronunciations of most terms are presented in unit order. The audio CDs are designed to allow learners to listen to the term, pronounce it aloud, and in many cases hear the term used in context or defined. The audio CDs may also be used as dictation by listening to the term, writing the word, an then checking the spelling of the terms in the book.

When I was going to school to be a Medical Assistant we studied from a book very similar to this one. I had moved and the book ended up getting lost. I loved it so I bought this one.
