An interesting short-story collection from Pete Guest, the author best knows for his bestiality charges while travelling Europe and his destructive sadomasochist relationship with a German man.
There are some absolute gems here, and a story where everyone turns into whales. The book was in part influenced by the break-down of Pete's marriage to the sea.
Occasionally when I am alone at night this book makes me weep.
