Hazem Farraj was born into a Palestinian American Family in 1984. He is the ninth of thirteen children and was raised in a typically Islamic home. At the age of 12, his father decided to move the family to their ethnic homeland of Jerusalem to teach them the Islamic culture and Arabic traditions. There, he set out upon his journey to seek the truth about the true God. He began to learn about Islam and the Arab culture and began to learn about Christianity. This was the beginning of his intriguing story of conversion. After setting his heart to find out the truth about God, he found himself in a difficult crossroad in life. One road led to life as usual with family, riches and Mohammed’s Islam and the other road led to the completely opposite direction.

This was a remarkable book!
Reading about the life of this man and the effect that Jesus can have on an individual was refreshing, renewing, and just inspiring. I laughed, I cried, I prayed, and thanks to this book, and the God who inspired it.. I was able to overcome some bondage of my own. Thank you Hazem for being so open and vulnerable in order to share your testimony with those who need it most.

This is another great book about a Muslim who converted to Christianity. Hazem was born in the U.S., but his family moved back to their ethnic homeland of Jerusalem when he was 12 years old. It was there, living one floor above him, that he met a family of Christians who showed him God's Agape love. I don't want to give away any of the story, but I will say that it wasn't an easy road that Hazem walked, but as he continued to follow God's leading, amazing things happened...
