Here is a book that I have kept with my watercolours and paint brushes for quite a time. Therefore I admit that this publication is one which I just look at the pictures. Actually, the pictures are photographs taken by Tony Evans, and some of them look as though they could be watercolour paintings already.
From Northumberland to Norfolk and Cornwall to Kent, 'English Cottages' is exactly what it says on the tin. Text by Candida Lycett Green who is the daughter of John Betjeman, who also wrote the Intro.
