The Tycoon's Convenient Baby

Rate this book
In A World Where Babies Mean Business....

Billionaire Media Tycoon David is in BIG trouble. A dark rumor is threatening to destroy his public image and potentially ruin the empire he built from scratch and he will do anything to change that.

His advisers tell him that the only way to repair things is to become a family man and ditch the bachelor lifestyle. Having never had time to find love this is going to prove tricky.

As a way of fixing this situation, David is introduced to a beautiful business woman named Elise. This would be a standard marriage of convenience for 3 years with Elise getting a huge pay off at the end.

However, there is one caveat...

They need to have a baby also.

Neither David nor Elise are looking for love but could the bond of a convenient baby be something that potentially changes everything?

I really enjoyed this story. I'm glad there were no cliffhangers. I look forward to reading more stories by this author.

A fast read. A VERY fast read. I think that was my problem with it. It was an interesting story idea, but it was executed too quickly. I didn't really have time to enjoy the build up of the love between the characters or drama that challenged that love.

The book starts out with David's lawyer advising him to fix is public image. He suggests David marry a black woman and have a child with her as soon as possible. David agrees and finds Elise to help him with his plan. He finds out that it's impossible to separate love and marriage. She finds out there's more to his marriage plan than he initially told her. Can their love survive ... if he even ever really loved her at all?

I loved all the elements of this story. But the drama was SO contrived. And everything moved so quickly and ended so conveniently. I would have loved this book if it had taken it's time and explored everything more thoroughly. But for a quick read, it was fun. I have to admit that when .

Overall, I liked this. I just wished there was more of it to be able to go into more detail.

I Need Help

This was a very good book. The plot starts off slow Just keep reading it and it picks up. This book is about a billionaire who's looking for a African American woman to marry him and bear his child. Upon doing this he didn't expect to fall in love with her however, he did . This was done with a motive and doing that motive as I stated he fell in love with her. I enjoyed this book thoroughly good work

Excellent read

I loved the storyline, the controversy and romantic intrigue was exciting. David and Elise were great characters, how they met and fell in love was very romantic and believable. This was an great read I would highly recommend this book.

It sounded very interesting from the blurb but..

Everything happened really fast the “business proposal” the marriage and the baby,
of course David and Elise fall in love they have the big fall out.

I think the book needed more chapters.

I just needed something more…

The book was quick and easy to read. The story line is not complex. Page turner as you move through.

❤️❤️🥂

It was a good read despite the fact he used his opponents colour to beat him in court. The good job is they eventually fell in love....

I know this was a short story but i think it needed to be longer for the storyline they gave. All the events happened to quick for it to be believable. They fight went to so fast it shouldnt even happened. Then the main reason for the marriage in the first place didnt come up until the last 10 pages. I think a lot of unnecessary stuff happened for this to be a short story.

Tender

The story starts out very soft and tender. It remains that way throughout. It's enjoyable and a good solid read.

It was OK just not enough verbal interaction between the couple. It all just seemed a little immature in writing style.
