Daria Tataj’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship takes a gigantic, holistic look at how innovation is fostered and how leaders in business, academia, and government can work together to allow for more innovation. There is a lot to take in when reading the book, but it’s evident that Tataj has spent her entire career thinking about this issue. As someone who’s grown up with Silicon Valley and a few other locales driving the innovation in the United States, it’s interesting to see Tataj’s model for replicating these innovative environments elsewhere.
I’d recommend Innovation and Entrepreneurship to anyone who’s either interested in innovation generally or who’s keeping up to date on the financial crisis in Europe: Daria provides an interesting path forward along with her analysis.
