This book was fantastic! I actual took the time to reflect and answer all of the questions at the end of each chapter. I saw patterns in my relationships and now I can take responsibility for my part and try not to repeat the negative behavior. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is in a relationship and thinking about ending it or who wants to reboot their relationship.
I love everything about this book. It puts things in it's simplest of terms. And since I got out of a relationship a year ago, this has been dead on. Both me and my ex had some unresolved issues that ultimately killed the relationship. In order to move on, you have to see your lesson that you have to face.
I really enjoyed this book because it was medicine for my mind, soul, and spirit. This book will enlighten and enlarge your awareness of relationship struggles that we all deal with.
