Its a good starting point for someone on fitness journey.

It gives basics of how to stay on track, food, calories, exercise and general fitness.

There is a lot of repeated content ... "I am going to say in future pages", "As I said so earlier", "As you know" etc, etc ... could have been a much shorter book (It is already a short one).

A very good book for beginner and intermediate weightlifting enthusiasts alike. Kris Gethin has spent a lot of time explaining some mental aspects of working out, in addition to providing a workout routine, recipes and transformation stories. Enjoyed it.
