I've seen Itai speak and followed his meditation course. This book was a supplement to what I already knew. I think it leans more towards the Buddhist view of meditation. (Discovering your ego and letting it go). It was intresting that Itai found practical exercises to discover your ego concepts. (More on that in the book) mixed with meditation.
