I can change my health dramatically just by breathing correctly & doing some exercises while breathing right. I can feel the workout of my abs from within when I follow the directions. I am just beginning the recommended series & I can tell the difference already.

Currently re-reading, this time I will be putting it into practice! My abs need the discipline and my schedule doesn't allow the gym. So here we are.
