O.D. at Sweet Claude's

Rate this book
Black psychologist Nathan Durham and Sweet Claude Saunders, owner of a New York City bar, had been Army buddies. But Claude had changed from a free 'n easy soldier. He looked over his shoulder like somebody was trying to kill him. And then somebody did kill him, and Nathan Durham was swept into an orgy of murder that had child dope addicts dropping in the street like flies. It didn't help any to have his face laced with lye or a beautiful girl who was supposed to be his friend turn on him like a dog. Nat Durham's textbooks hadn't prepared him for Claude's world, and the human beasts whose greed for profit respects no man…or child.
