It doesn't take much to turn people into monsters, into... demons.
Jack Crain lives in a small, picturesque town in Texas with his wife and young son. One day, a strange storm hits, blotting out the sun, turning day into night. The town is cut off. Power and communications are lost.
Suddenly, the townsfolk remember their darkest memories. They transform into nightmarish demon-like creatures. Blood flows down the gutters. Bodies litter the streets. Jack and his family take shelter in the town hall with a group of survivors and fight to survive.

For the first time, I have read a horror book by a Bangladeshi writer. I finished reading the book within two days. Loved the way he kept the suspense till the end. Especially I admired the part where he linked the horror with the negative human emotion and correlated them. I hope he will write more books in the future.

This book has all the things your average horror book should have. Its so underrated it hurts. Not many people read this book, but I can assure its worth the money. I spent the entire day reading it, and finishing it. Yeah, it was that good. I was wondering how the author would turn the story around, but he did, boy he did. It deserves more than five stars, but goodreads wont let me do that
