По ходу чтения не покидает чувство, что автор втирает какую-то дичь. Интересно, насколько это всё научно.

The author have good taste as a physicist, therefore his writing on population dynamics is a pleasure to read for a physics inclined person. The forecast of population stabilization is really unusual in general discussion (especially when it was made).

The book list in the end is worth studying (at least for me).
